Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please email us at info@exstra.in with your order ID for assistance.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. Approved returns are issued as a credit note valid for one year.
Will the product color look exactly like the photos?
