Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, or a credit note can be issued.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@exstra.in with your order ID.
Returns & Refunds
- Notify us within 48 hours with images/videos.
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Refund Process
Once approved and inspected, a credit note will be processed.
The credit note will be valid for one year.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exstra reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
